QueenTea is the creation of Jeff Lim, a Chinese Australian with years of experience in making and selling quality bubble tea. First launched in Sydney in 2011 as Queen of Spades, QueenTea soon became the preferred choice of discerning cha drinkers, among mainstream Australians and ethnic Asians.
